Refund Policy

At TrueFund, we are committed to providing high-quality investment education, coaching, and digital
products to help individuals make smarter financial decisions. Please review our refund policy
carefully before making a purchase.
1. Consulting Sessions and Coaching Calls
Due to the personalized nature of our 1-on-1 coaching and consulting services, session fees are
non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Eligible for Refund:
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or
may reschedule at no additional cost.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Completed sessions, regardless of outcome or satisfaction.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses, Templates)
All sales of digital products-including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable guides, and online
educational courses-are final and non-refundable.
Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we encourage you to
read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, such as a broken download linkor a course not loading properly, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work quickly
to resolve the issue or ensure you receive access to your product.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in
immediate suspension of access to all TrueFund services and products. We reserve the right to take
legal action if fraudulent chargebacks occur.
